Act 2 Catering is the work of Jimmy Avila, a chef and operator who spent a career making other people's events unforgettable. This is the first one with his name on it.

The Founder

Meet Jimmy Avila

For over [TODO: # years, e.g. 25] years, Jimmy Avila has been the person you call when the event has to be perfect.

He ran the kitchen and the floor at one of Palm Springs' best known catering companies for years: plated dinners for hundreds of guests, black tie galas, and weddings where every detail had an audience. If you've been to a high end event in this valley, there's a good chance Jimmy had a hand in the food.

He learned this business at the highest level the desert offers. Then he left to build it on his own terms.

That's Act 2, his second act, and the first one that's entirely his. The same standards Jimmy is known for, without the compromises that come with someone else's name on the door. Hire Act 2 and you get the operator himself in your event, from the first menu to the last plate. Not a sales rep who hands you off once the deposit clears.
