For a decade, Jimmy Avila has been the person you call when the event has to be perfect.
Experience built at the highest level
Jimmy Avila is a native Southern Californian who began honing his craft with Microsoft Executive Catering, serving everything from intimate executive dinners to large scale software rollout celebrations.
From trusted professional to independent operator
After moving to the Coachella Valley, Jimmy joined the venerable Carousel Catering, where he was the Director of Events. There, he earned a reputation for thoroughness, reliability, and a sincere commitment to each client's experience.
He learned the catering business at the highest level the desert offers. Then he left to build something on his own terms. If you've been to a high end event or an intimate celebration in this valley, there's a good chance Jimmy had a hand in it.

With a strong foundation in both classic technique and modern execution, he has built his career on consistency, leadership, and attention to detail.
As the Executive Chef behind Act 2 Catering, Marcelino brings a deep understanding of kitchen operations and team development, along with a commitment to fresh ingredients and memorable dining, whether it's an intimate gathering or a large scale event.

Born and raised in the Coachella Valley, Olivia Ocampo brings over ten years of event planning and event production, with an eye for the smallest details. She has worked alongside some of the valley's most notable residents and celebrities to bring their most perfect events and dinners to life.
An event planner who thrives on making a vision come alive, Olivia is here to make sure your celebration turns out beyond your wildest dreams.
